In the summer of 2019, my family and I went on multiple road trips around the United States and I found that vegan, gluten-free desserts were few and far between. I came back from those trips fueled with a mission to create healthy, delicious, gluten-free, and vegan desserts for customers like my daughter and myself. I created a superfood dessert in which almost every ingredient except baking soda is a superfood!
It’s important to me to use only the best ingredients. One of my top priorities is to use organic, non-GMO foods that are sustainably sourced. I’m also passionate about foods that provide nutrition the body needs, including protein, fiber, and antioxidants, along with naturally lower-glycemic sweeteners.
I have eaten gluten-free foods for over twenty years. I am excited to bring a delicious, healthy dessert to the market that’s not only gluten free and vegan but more importantly, is filled with superfoods!
